- Close co ordination and interaction with TBSS customer.
- feed back survey is conducted for installed site.
- Continuous analysis of TBSS customer satisfications score.
- Improvement in TBSS feed back process.
- Formulation of installer strategy for distributers/dealer and 3p service providers delivery to installation turnaround time
