IOCL recruitment ITI & Diploma qualification for refinery division

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production)

Positions (Post Code 201) require candidates to have a 3-year diploma. Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Refinery and Petrochemical Engineering. Or a 3-year B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry from a recognized institute or university.

General, EWS, and OBC candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, while SC and ST candidates must have at least 45% marks.

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U)

Positions (Post Code 202) require candidates to have a 3-year diploma. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Or Matriculation with ITI (Fitter) of a minimum 2-year duration, or a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry from a recognized institute/university.

Additionally, candidates must possess a Boiler Competency Certificate (BCC) with Second Class or a National Apprenticeship Certificate in Boiler Attendant with equivalence endorsement by the competent boiler authority.

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Fire & Safety)

This position(Post Code 208), candidates must have Matriculation plus a Sub-Officers’ Course from NFSC-Nagpur or an equivalent recognized course of a minimum 6 months duration, and a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License. Physical standards include a minimum height of 165 cm (relaxable by 5 cm for Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkha, and Scheduled Tribe members), chest measurements of 81 cm unexpanded and 86 cm expanded, and a minimum weight of 50 kg. Candidates should have a BMI of 28 or below (30 or below for those above 35 years) and meet medical standards for vision, color blindness, night blindness, and other physical conditions.

Pipelines Division,

The Engineering Assistant (Electrical) Grade-IV (Post Code 301) needs a 3-year diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized institute/university with 50% marks for General, EWS, and OBC candidates and 45% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates. Work experience is not mandatory.

The Engineering Assistant (Mechanical) Grade-IV (Post Code 302) requires a 3-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering with the same percentage criteria and no mandatory work experience.
