- Ensure that grievance is resloved within the stipulated time.
- Ensure zero mandays loss.
- Take pro active measures in resolving IR issues.
- Take pro active measures to improve the skill of workmen.
- Identified training needs.
- Prepare training plan.
- Identify faculty.
- Organize training programme.
- Calculate training effectiveness.
- Organize union management,canteen,JDC meeting and hamara munch.
- Prepare and display schedule of the meeting for each month.
- Preparation of legal compliance.
- Check the contractor registers as per statutory requirement.
- Ensure all the compliance and carried out and meet,to maintain forms and register.
- Take disciplinary action against any misconduct by the employee.
