This role has been established to embed agency transformation program in specific branches.Embed practices and achieve specific program goals.The field Transformation executive will coach branch staff ,leader and agent in the requirement of new program.Supports sales activity.Lead generation and support branch and leaders in requirement .

- Assist and coach branch manager,BAM’s trainers.
- Branch Support and lead Generation.
- Support in requirement Activity.
