Job descriptions-
- Manage the Facility Management Company / Vendors & its staff including Security, Housekeeping, Electromechanical, Horticulture, Club Equipments.
- Maintenance of Electrical setup, DG Sets, Fire Fighting system, Sewerage treatment plant, Water treatment Plant etc.
- Manage Club House operations, interaction with clients, residents, guests.
