📍 Location: Barbil & Angul, Odisha
As an HRBP Executive, you will support the HR Business Partnering function by executing people processes, ensuring compliance, and driving welfare initiatives at the plant or cluster level. You will be the primary HR point-of-contact for assigned units, ensuring seamless coordination between business and HR.
2️⃣ HRBP Manager
📍 Location: Barbil & Angul, Odisha
In this leadership role, you will drive HR strategy across designated plants or clusters. You will partner closely with business leaders to align HR practices with operational goals while overseeing compliance, employee development, organizational culture, and welfare programs.
3️⃣ HR Operations Executive
📍 Location: Barbil & Angul, Odisha
The HR Operations Executive will manage core HR processes including recruitment operations, performance management, learning & development coordination, and engagement activities. This role requires strong documentation skills, process discipline, and the ability to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
