Key Qualifications:
- Education: A Four-Year Full-Time Regular B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree from a UGC-recognized university/institute.
- Academic Criteria:
- General/OBC candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
- SC/ST candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks in their B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree.
- Candidates with CGPA should convert it to percentage during the application process.
- Year of Graduation: Candidates who have completed their B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in 2022 or later can apply.
Upper Age Limit:
- 30 years as of 1st March 2025.
- Age relaxation:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates
- 3 years for OBC candidates (not belonging to the creamy layer).
Job Location:
- Field offices across India.
- Knowledge of the regional language of the concerned state is essential. Additional language skills and knowledge of Hindi are desirable.
Training & Compensation:
- Training Period: 1 year.
- Stipend: Rs. 33,300 per month during the training period.
- Post-Training Salary: Upon successful completion of training, candidates may be absorbed at a basic pay of Rs. 37,000 per month in the pay scale of Rs. 37,000 – 70,000, along with allowances and benefits as per IFFCO’s rules.
Service Bond:
- General/OBC candidates: Service bond of Rs. 80,000 for 3 years post-training.
- SC/ST candidates: Service bond of Rs. 20,000 for 3 years post-training.
Selection Procedure:
- Preliminary Computer-Based Online Test: To be taken from your own resources (computer/laptop with internet).
- Final Online Test: Candidates will be short-listed based on the preliminary test and called for the final test at designated centers in various cities like Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Nagpur, and more.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview after the final test.
- Medical Examination: Candidates will undergo a medical examination as per IFFCO’s medical standards after the interview.
