Applications are being accepted in the prescribed format from willing Group-C employees for re-engagement as OSD for the open positions of 04 Amins, 38 Junior Revenue Assistants, and 1 Junior Stenographer on a contract basis under the Sambalpur District Revenue Administration for a period of one year or until the positions are filled through subsequent appointment, whichever comes first.

  1. The selection will follow the guidelines and rules outlined in General Administration Department Resolution No. 23750/Gen. dt. 27.08.2014.
  •  The Finance Department’s Office Memorandum No. 24533/F dated September 29, 2022 will determine the monthly combined compensation of rehired officials.
  • Officers with solid service records who have left the government after reaching the age of superannuation and who are under 65 years old and in good physical condition may be rehired.
  •  Officers who are the subject of departmental investigations, criminal prosecutions, vigilance inquiries, or who have received discipline for wrongdoing during the last five years are ineligible for consideration.
  •  The officers’ performance is to be evaluated on a regular basis and documented, ideally once in every three months.
  •  Eligible candidates who are interested in being re-engaged must submit an application in the manner specified by Registered Post or Speed Post to the Office of the Collector, Sambalpur, Pin Code: 768001, by or before 8 June 2023. For employment as an OSD in the office of the District Audit Officer, LFA, Sambalpur in the Ministerial Cadre for a period of one year from the date of joining, applications are being accepted from interested retired public servants who are not older than 65, are physically fit, possess computer skills, and have knowledge in establishment work.   1.  Beginning on the date of joining, the engagement will last one year.
  •  The appointee must perform their duties in accordance with any guidelines that the District Audit Officer, LFA, Sambalpur may issue from time to time.
  • Re-engagement will not be considered an option for a retired government employee who is the subject of a vigilance investigation, is the subject of a departmental investigation, is the subject of a criminal investigation, has been penalized for misconduct within the five years prior to retirement, or who is a member of a political party. 
  • The selection process shall follow the guidelines outlined in GA & PG Resolution No. 23750/Gen. dated 27/08/2014.
  • In accordance with Finance Department Office Memorandum No. 24533/F dated 29/09/2022, the employee’s consolidated compensation will be determined.
  • Interested Retired Government Employees who meet the requirements outlined in the aforementioned resolution are encouraged to submit an application by registered mail by the date of May 20, 2023.   • The Appointing Authority, Sambalpur, may terminate the engagement at any time for inadequate performance with a one-month notice and for any misconduct, including but not limited to misappropriation, negligence, or causing loss to the government, without prior notice.

Application deadline is May 25, 2023, and candidates will be notified of the interview date via mail or telephone.

The applicants must appear for the interview with the necessary original certificates and documents for verification. Candidates will be chosen based on their career decisions, viva-voice performance, and computer skills. There will be no TA or Da for the candidates to attend the interview.   • WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR ENGAGEMENT OF GUEST FACULTIES AT GOVERNMENT HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, LAPANGA.

  A walk-in interview will be held on the school grounds for the 2023–2024 academic year or

  until all openings have been filled, whichever comes first, to engage and appoint guest

  instructors for Higher Secondary Classes (+2) in the fields of English, Odia, Political   

  Science, History, and Economics.

Retired government and non-government aided teachers who are below 65 years old, as well as fresh candidates with a minimum of 50% in their PG subjects, are invited to the interview between 7 am and 1 pm on the dates and times listed below. They should bring their complete biodata, two passport-size photos, and all of their original certificates and marksheets from high school through graduate school, as well as a set of self-attested photocopies.   On the scheduled date, the candidate must arrive before 7 AM.

There is no TA or DA allowed for attending the interview. Candidates with a B.Ed. degree (excluding Logic/Philosophy and Sociology topics) and a PGDCA will be given preference. The pay is Rs 400 per class, with a monthly cap of 50 lessons. The Principal reserves the authority to postpone or cancel all of the aforementioned walk-in interviews without providing a justification.
