Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager – Used Commercial Vehicle (UCV) to join our Rural Banking team. This role is crucial in providing financial solutions tailored to the needs of Used Commercial Vehicle customers and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and service excellence.
You will work closely with internal teams across product, underwriting, and operations to deliver superior customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- âś… Acquire new customers in the Used Commercial Vehicle (UCV) dealership segment
- âś… Conduct credit assessments and deliver end-to-end financial solutions
- âś… Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients via calls and mailers
- âś… Empanel new DSAs and DSTs in the region
- âś… Generate leads through referrals and marketing initiatives
- âś… Conduct training sessions for internal teams on policy and product
- âś… Monitor and ensure quality sourcing and healthy portfolio management
- âś… Recruit and train team members on products and processes
- âś… Handle DSA, DDSA, and DSE relationships
- âś… Maintain competitor intelligence and share insights with the product team
Secondary Responsibilities
- Suggest process improvements for better service quality
- Provide feedback to enhance customer-centric strategies
- Analyze competitor offerings and recommend growth initiatives
- Support promotional and marketing activities to drive business growth
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain high-performing team members
- Monitor team productivity and attrition; initiate necessary improvements
- Support team in achieving sales and service targets
- Conduct ongoing training and development
