What will you do as a Customer Service Representative?

What qualifications do you need?

Real-time service level management (customer experience) and occupancy management (cost) are the main responsibilities of the command centre for Amazon CS, known as WWCP-GCC.

Job Responsibilities:

Real-time network performance should be continuously monitored, and you should take precautions to reduce risks to your metrics and customer experience.

Maintain constant communication with site operations, senior management, technology teams, and other internal customers on real-time metrics and customer experience status to assist the GCC team in their daily operations. Amazon is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Payroll operations team. We process payroll on a weekly, bimonthly and monthly basis across multiple states. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of technical tasks related to their assigned areas of responsibility, including data compilation and supporting the Payroll Team.

Responsibilities:

The candidates shall be responsible for processing payroll using vendor payroll software, making sure all the payroll-related info is up to date, taking care of garnishments and child support, making sure taxes, levies, and liens are taken care of, and reviewing employee timesheet entries.

He or She shall also be responsible for making check calculations, working with vendors to handle stop payments and reversals, entering pay check card entries, helping with check distribution, and backing up other payroll analysts if needed.

Plus, He or She shall be able to respond to employee enquiries in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidates must have 2 years of experience,

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and be able to work in shifts.
